Leadership Gainesville Community Builders, Inc. (“LGCB”, “we”) runs this website. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect here and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact form. When you send us a message we receive your name, email address and whatever you write. The message is stored on our website and emailed to us.
- Sponsor form. When you sign up as a sponsor we receive your contact details, your business or organization name, the sponsorship you chose, how you want to pay, your electronic signature, and any logo you upload. The form is stored on our website and emailed to us.
- Logo uploads. We use a logo you upload only to recognize your sponsorship, for example on this website, event signage, the cookbook and our social media posts.
- Payments. Online payments are handled on secure pages run by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us the payment amount, your name and email, and the payment status. Stripe’s own privacy policy covers how it handles your payment details.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only the small cookies it needs to work, such as a security check from our web host and a session cookie for our donation and sponsorship tools. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not currently use third-party analytics. If we turn on visitor statistics in the future, we will update this page first.
How we use and share information
We use your information to answer you, run The Crock Off and our other events, manage sponsorships, and thank and recognize our supporters. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that help us run this site and process payments, or if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and sponsor records only as long as we need them for our events, our records and our legal obligations, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us. Just email us.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
